Terms of Service

MapVerge Operator supports its individual owner’s local production workflow.

Effective date: 12 September 2026 · Contact: [email protected]

YouTube API audit has not passed. Public publishing is disabled. MapVerge Operator remains an owner-operated local Windows application.

Nature of the application

The API Client runs locally on the owner’s Windows computer. It is not a public SaaS service, has no public signup or demo account, and provides no public service or availability guarantee. Public information pages document the application and support review.

YouTube and Google services

By using this application, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google services remain subject to their applicable terms. MapVerge Operator uses YouTube API Services under their applicable developer requirements. The Privacy Policy describes data use and owner controls.

No ownership of YouTube, its services, brands or API data is claimed. No endorsement or affiliation with Google or YouTube is implied. YouTube API data is not resold.

Owner control and permitted operation

The owner reviews video title, description and privacy choices before explicit approval. Deterministic policy and executor checks bind actions to those values. Showing a public or unlisted choice does not authorize its execution. The current phase allows local review and offline rehearsal; the separate existing private SYSTEM TEST approval does not cover production videos.

The owner remains responsible for rights in original content and for applicable platform obligations. Uploads, publication, scheduling, new spending and material changes require their applicable approvals. No additional-user access, platform-limit evasion or unauthorized account use is permitted.

Suspension, revocation and deletion

Operations stop or pause when authorization is missing, stale, revoked or outside policy, or when the emergency stop is active. Google may suspend API access under its own terms. The owner can revoke access or delete local operational API data using the controls described in the Privacy Policy. These controls do not automatically delete videos from YouTube.

Changes and support

Material changes are reviewed before continued affected operation. Privacy or application questions can be sent to [email protected]. No response-time promise, paid subscription or public uptime commitment is made.
